Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery via email, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Document Damage

  If your cider bottles or packaging arrived damaged, please include clear photographs of the breakage and the outer transit box for our records.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure any unopened items being returned are packed securely in their original transit packaging to prevent further damage during the return journey.

  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our cidery, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
